Orders are packed in Milnerton, Cape Town. Typical handling is 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We ship within South Africa and can arrange specialised wholesale logistics on request.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination. Free shipping thresholds may be offered during promotions.

You will receive tracking details by email/SMS once the parcel is handed to the courier.

Weather, holidays, or courier issues can delay delivery. We will communicate material delays where possible.

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and contents.
